Intelligent Concept is proud to introduce HSK Force Gage - the most cost efficient way of inspection machine tool spindle. Also HSK manual clamping units (similar to Mapal KS system) can be tested. Clamping force  is one of most important parameters of HSK tooling system, which specified by DIN / ISO documents and presented in comprehensive form in "HSK HANDBOOK".
Failure to achieve of sufficient clamping force may reduce significantly rigidity of spindle-tool interface and, as a result, cause of operation overload.  Also, Steep Taper CAT/DIN/BT Gages are available on-line.

Presented HSK Force Gage is a very durable and accurate device, easy to use and maintain.
It includes two major components: Standard Gage Kit and HSK Adapter (see pictures below).
There are four sizes of HSK Force Gages with measurement limits 3000 Lbs, 5000 Lbs, 10000 Lbs and 15000 Lbs. To purchase  Standard Gage Kit visit  BUY ON-LINE link.
If you do not know your units' clamping force, use Table 1 for proper selection of HSK Adapters for CNC Spindles and Table 2 for Manual clamping units. These tables represent only recommended values. If you have your manufacturer specification, use clamping force from the manual. Adapters are sold separately. There is overlapping between different sizes of Force Gages and adapters.

  Standard Analog Gage Kit.      

    HSK Adapter is a precisely manufactured component, which allows to use the same Standard Gage Kit for several sizes of HSK spindles .  Use Table 3 for proper selection of HSK Adapters. Typically the same HSK Adapter can be utilized in original size of A, C and E Types and in the next size of B, D and F Types of  Spindles. Adapters are produced with undersize taper to guarantee face-to-face contact between spindle and gage. This would define accurate measurement according to DIN 69063, DIN 69893, ISO 12164-1 and  ISO 12164-2 documents. The same adapter can be used for CNC Spindles and Manual clamping units.
